Repairs- initial contact

When making initial contact regarding a repair its usually easiest and most reliable if you contact us through email. We are happy to call back as necessary but being very busy, we aren’t always able to answer calls. 

When emailing, please give as much information as possible

e.g. your details, Product type, product name/number, as detailed a description of the fault as possible. ’It doesn’t work ‘ isn’t always that helpful!

Bespoke orders

If you are looking for a bespoke design, please provide as much detail as possible including an initial sketch.

Consideration is made given the viability of the item on a case by case basis. This will include whether it is either commercially sellable or if its viable as a one off.

Any returns will be subject to a restocking charge.
